Verified email boleh dipadankan secara read-only dengan CRM client identity. Existing IB ownership tidak berubah. Unmatched, ambiguous, pending atau stale lookup tidak dianggap sebagai bukti bahawa seseorang tiada account. CRM password, KYC documents, financial account numbers dan card details tidak diminta dalam game ini.

Authorised staff sahaja boleh melihat contact data. Public ranking memaparkan opted-in handle atau masked alias. Service hosting dan Zoho Mail digunakan untuk operasi; data tidak dijual. Contact data tidak dimasukkan ke marketing audience tanpa permission yang berkenaan.

Cadangan retention untuk competition evidence ialah 90 hari selepas settlement, tertakluk kepada dispute dan applicable requirements. Verification tokens dan sessions mempunyai expiry. Data yang tidak lagi diperlukan perlu dipadam atau dianonymise mengikut retention policy final. Request access, correction, withdrawal atau deletion boleh dihantar ke backoffice@shelbymarket.net.
